About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Business and Sales Analyst to join our team at Yorkshire Talent Partners. As a Junior Business and Sales Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the sales and operations team by analyzing and presenting data to colleagues and senior leaders within the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Using MS Excel to an intermediate level (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and IF statements) to create sales data and analyze product ranges.
  • Sales and demand forecasting to identify key trends within the market.
  • Reporting to the team using MS PowerPoint to present findings and recommendations.
  • Creating short, medium, and long-term data for the sales team to support business decisions.
  • Supporting the sales team with business data and providing insights to increase revenue.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent MS Office skills, including MS Excel.
  • Preferably some experience working within a sales environment.
  • The ability to liaise with team members and present data effectively.
  • Ideally data management/analyst experience.
What We Offer
  • Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience.
  • 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday hours.
  • 23 days holiday + bank holidays, to increase to 25 days.
  • Pension.
