Magento Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust client relationships by thoroughly understanding their requirements and providing effective solutions.
- Deliver outstanding support through our ticketing system, resolving ongoing technical challenges and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Manage incoming support inquiries and coordinate tasks/projects with the development team.
- Ensure timely and appropriate resolutions in line with service level agreements.
- Work closely with both development and marketing teams to provide exceptional support and solutions.
- Oversee customer accounts, onboard new clients, and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Diagnose issues, conduct research for solutions, and perform quality assurance testing.
- Organize and participate in client meetings (both virtually and in-person) to provide updates and discuss upcoming projects.
Required Experience
- Demonstrated experience with Magento / Adobe Commerce (Back-End Admin) for at least 2 years.
- Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient technical support skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Desirable Experience
- Background in digital marketing or web development.
- Magento Solution Specialist Certification.
