Job Title: Client Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Consultant to join our team at Selfridges. As a Client Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences to create personalized experiences.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a seamless customer experience, from selling and replenishing stock to hosting and ensuring accurate data capture.
  • Develop and maintain a client base within your division, nurturing long-term relationships through proactive client development and personalized updates.
  • Elevate customer experiences by introducing them to the rest of the store, including our Brand Partners, and managing customer feedback to continually raise the bar for service and sales.
  • Stay ahead of the latest trends by expanding your knowledge of products and competitors, striving to be an expert in your division.
  • Understand and follow health, safety, and security procedures, and play an active role in preventing stock loss.

About You

  • You will be a great communicator, adapting your style and service to suit customer needs and preferences.
  • You will be a sales and service expert, acting as a personal concierge to clients by quickly assessing their needs and delivering an exceptional service.
  • You will be well-informed, an expert in your division, and demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
  • You will be connected, understanding the importance of building relationships across the shop floor.
  • You will be curious, seeking to discover more about clients and their preferences, and staying ahead of the latest trends.
  • You will be tech-savvy, embracing clienteling tools to manage your client book and understanding the importance of an omni-channel approach.
  • You will be a proud shopkeeper, understanding the various elements of your role and being flexible in your responsibilities.
