Basic salary: £24,240, OTE: £27,000, inclusive of company vehicle, fuel card, mobile device, and various company perks with unlimited commission potential

This role presents a thrilling opportunity to engage in the expanding field of horticulture, design, and wellness, utilizing services such as indoor and outdoor plant displays, premium scenting solutions, landscaping, vertical gardens, festive installations, and artistic arrangements.

You will collaborate with our established clientele, nurturing customer relationships through exceptional service. As a specialist in this domain, we will equip you with a certified training program that will enhance your expertise, ensuring you deliver the highest quality service to our customers, recognized by the Institute of Customer Service.

Your daily responsibilities will encompass;

Upkeep of indoor plant and floral arrangements. Management of scenting devices and cartridges. Support in the installation of seasonal displays.

Given our market expansion, you will also have the chance to earn commissions through customer referrals and collaborating with design consultants to attract new clients to our business.
