Competitive Salary: £24,240 basic, potential earnings of £27,000 per annum OTE, inclusive of company vehicle, fuel card, mobile, employee benefits, and unlimited commission opportunities

This role presents an exciting chance to engage in the flourishing domain of horticulture, design, and wellness, offering services such as indoor and outdoor plant displays, premium scenting solutions, landscaping, living walls, festive decorations, and artistic installations.

You will collaborate with our established clientele, nurturing customer relationships through exceptional service. As a specialist in this field, you will benefit from a certified training program designed to equip you with the knowledge necessary to provide our clients with outstanding service, accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.

Relocation Assistance Available - If you are considering relocating to be closer to this position, we may offer a relocation package of up to £5,000 tailored to your needs.

Your daily responsibilities will encompass:

Upkeep of indoor plant and floral arrangements. Maintenance of scenting devices and cartridges. Support in the installation of seasonal displays.

Given our expanding market presence, you will also have the opportunity to earn commissions through customer referrals and collaboration with design consultants to attract new clients to our business.
