About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Appian Lead to join our engineering team at Conexxia, a leading Australian IT Consulting Company specializing in agile development, continuous delivery, and DevOps.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver innovative new features and functionality in the BPM space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Appian modules and connectivity methods, including APIs, SOAP requests, and database links.
  • Participate in sprint-related activities, including analysis, design, and development, as part of a scrum team.
  • Collaborate with engineers to deliver Appian functionality and ensure integration points meet business expectations.
  • Document and maintain existing development, change requests, and new development.
  • Coordinate across multiple scrum teams to ensure seamless functionality and integration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Appian experience with minimum Senior (L2) certification.
  • Working knowledge of Agile tools, preferably JIRA and Confluence.
  • Ability to scope Appian projects and apply Appian best practices.
  • Experience with FITNESSE tool and creating Appian plug-ins, smart services.
  • Understanding of current code repositories, such as TFS and GitHub.
  • Experience with Agile framework and Appian product architecture.
  • Knowledge of workflow modeling, SAIL, and Tempe.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and driven to overcome challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
