BAE Systems is seeking a talented Graduate Electronic Systems Engineer to join our team in Rochester, Kent. As a Graduate Electronic Systems Engineer, you will be part of a diverse team working on complex problems in electronic systems, including head-up and head-worn displays, flight and maritime controls, and active stick and throttle controls.
About the RoleThis is a permanent contract position with a competitive salary of £34,000 and a £2,000 welcome bonus. You will be working on a range of exciting projects, including the development of system architectures, theoretical analyses, and laboratory testing of real-time systems.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate and collaborate with customers to understand their needs
- Develop, validate, and manage product requirements
- Contribute to the development of system architectures using Model-Based Engineering (MBE)
- Create theoretical analyses and share findings
- Conduct laboratory testing of real-time systems
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of a 2.2 degree in a STEM subject, such as Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or Software Engineering. You will also need to be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
