Description:

BAE Systems is seeking an Electronics Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing electronic systems for our products. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to understand customer needs and develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

* Communicate and collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
* Develop and maintain product requirements documents
* Design and develop electronic systems using a Model-Based Engineering (MBE) approach
* Conduct theoretical analyses and share findings
* Collaborate with the team to develop and validate product architectures

Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field
* Strong understanding of electronic systems and design principles
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
