We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to support in the delivery of key projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, specializing in attracting and retaining top-tier candidates with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Acquisition
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, to attract and select high-quality candidates.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including professional networks, industry events, and partnerships, to attract talent pools.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to ensure the selection of the best-fit candidates for our client.
Client Development
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Collaborate closely with clients to develop customized recruitment solutions, ensuring a deep understanding of their organizational culture and requirements.
- Proactively address client concerns, resolving issues promptly and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Process Management
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from the first point of contact until completion. Arrange interviews, provide feedback, and conduct post-placement follow-up.
Research & Market Intelligence
- Actively network with industry professionals, market map, and utilize various recruitment tools.
- Attend industry-related events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Compliance
- Ensure all recruitment and placement activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to candidates and client interactions.
Experience
- Experience working with clients within the Renewables, O&G, Alternative Energy, or Heavy Engineering industries.
- Experience recruiting for technical positions at all levels.
- International permanent and contract recruitment experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and other relevant recruitment tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
