Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced electrically biased maintenance engineer to join our team as a Maintenance Engineer/Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance tasks, general inspections, and reactive maintenance within our highly sustainable FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out preventative maintenance tasks in accordance with our established plan
  • Conduct general inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Perform reactive maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless maintenance operations
  • Participate in major projects and contribute to the development of our maintenance strategy

Requirements

  • Time served apprenticeship in an electrical discipline
  • Level 3 qualification in an electrical discipline (ideally)
  • PLC fault finding skills on Siemens S7 (and other PLC systems)
  • Electrical bias with a preference for 17th edition certification

Working Hours

The successful candidate will be required to work a standard Monday to Friday day shift, with an early finish on Fridays. One day per week will be allocated for on-call duties, with callouts typically occurring between 5pm and 8am.
