Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans that support business objectives.
  • Oversee monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis, to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy, driving business growth and profitability.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in an FP&A function. You will be a strong communicator, able to build effective relationships with non-finance colleagues, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £50,000 to £55,000, plus bonus and benefits, providing a competitive total rewards package.
