We are seeking a skilled Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our team at First Military Recruitment. As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and carrying out vehicle inspections to provide a diagnosis, maintenance, and repair work, in accordance with Ford's approved technical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality technical advice and service to customers on Ford and other brand vehicles.
  • Work within relevant protocols, as dictated by legislation, the company, the manufacturer, and suppliers.
  • Assist senior and master technicians and undertake learning and development as prescribed.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and ensure colleagues do the same.
  • Create and maintain a supportive culture for colleagues.
  • Commit to ongoing learning and development.
  • Deliver services in a resource-effective manner.
  • Ensure technicians' skills and knowledge are up to date by providing supervision, training, and guidance.
Requirements:
  • ATA accredited and fully qualified with City & Guilds or NVQ qualification.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage processes, administration, and paperwork.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to support, coach, and counsel colleagues and junior team members.
  • Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
  • Evidence of 'Right to work in the UK.'
