Job Title: Customer Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with external customer contacts, including laboratory managers and technicians.

Key Requirements:

  • Competent background as a field service engineer or technical support engineer.
  • Experience working on high-value capital equipment and a qualification in electronics.
  • Full product training will be provided.
