Job Description

Job Title: Programme Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our team at Tesco Partners. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for delivering complex, cross-functional technology programmes that support our colleagues and help us serve our customers better.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Programmes: You will be responsible for delivering programmes with business and/or technical risks, using a standard programme delivery methodology such as agile, waterfall, or iterative.
  • Team Management: You will bring together, coordinate, and energise virtual technology teams to deliver programme goals, creating and tracking a plan to deliver the programme goals, including the technical implementation plan.
  • Dependency Management: You will manage dependencies, delivery timelines, and implementation plans, using your knowledge of technical architecture.
  • Relationship Building: You will build credible relationships and influence senior & leadership teams.
