**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong credit lending experience to join our team at Damco Solutions Limited. As a Business Analyst - Credit Lending, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients in the credit lending industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
  • Serve as a liaison between Operations and Business to assist or gather business requirements needed for product data, enhancement and implementations
  • Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level
  • Focusing on quality improvement and data management; ensuring data is reliable and valid
  • Developing process improvements or re-engineering and recommending elimination;
  • Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs
  • Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Candidate should have strong credit lending knowledge and experience in retail operations
  • The candidate should have worked in regulatory and remediation programmes and who can help with back book population
  • Should be an Independent contributor
  • Should be able to build Knowledge Management
  • Experience using confluence/excel/word and control work
  • Should have regulatory BASEL IV knowledge
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Strong communications skills with a demonstrable ability to interact and influence at all levels within the organization as well as with clients
