We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Bluetree Recruits Ltd. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ultimately contribute to online product sales.
Key Responsibilities- Website Management: Maintain and optimize our website to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Campaign Delivery: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve business objectives.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters, to engage our target audience.
- Reporting & Research: Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Marketing Executive in a B2C online environment, preferably in the retail sector.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Proven experience in digital marketing tools and techniques, including eCommerce, social media, email marketing, and SEO.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with experience in Google Analytics and Shopify Reports.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various audiences.
- Creative Outlook: A strong creative outlook, with impressive presentation skills and the ability to think outside the box.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), email campaign tools, and marketing automation tools, preferably Shopify, Mailchimp, and/or Klayvio eCRM.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
