Marketing Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team at ARTHOUSE Unlimited. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales of our artists' work.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  2. Create and manage content for marketing channels such as social media posts and website content to engage with our audience and build brand loyalty.
  3. Coordinate with designers to create compelling and visually appealing digital assets and brand asset libraries to enhance our brand identity.
  4. Monitor and analyze the performance of our website and marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement and optimize our marketing strategy.
  5. Manage social media platforms and engage with followers to build brand loyalty and increase our online presence.
  6. Identify and implement opportunities for SEO growth, including reviewing and ensuring our website adheres to best practice.
  7. Coordinate with external agencies to execute digital marketing initiatives such as online advertising and retargeting campaigns to reach our target audience.
  8. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform our marketing strategy.
  9. Attend and work at trade shows as and when required to support our Trade Sales Team.
Requirements:
  1. A strong understanding of and connection with ARTHOUSE Unlimited.
  2. Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Marketing Executive in a B2C environment, with retail experience a plus.
  3. Experience of working or volunteering in the charity sector also a plus.
  4. Keen interest and experience in digital marketing tools and techniques.
  5. Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) essential, with Shopify preferred.
  6. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with experience of GA4 and Shopify Reports a plus.
  7. Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  8. Strong creative outlook, with excellent presentation skills and working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Canva a plus).
  9. Experience of email campaign tools a must, with Mailchimp and/or Klayvio preferred.
  10. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  11. Experience setting up and managing Google and Meta adverts a plus.

  3. Salary range £25-£28k dependent on experience.
