Senior Quantity Surveyor - Rail Infrastructure

Salary: £60,000

Location: London

Region: London

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a number of Rail Infrastructure projects across London and the South East. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial and commercial aspects of these projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure project profitability.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure that financial and commercial expectations are met.
  • Prepare and agree internal and external valuations and final accounts.
  • Participate in risk reviews and problem-solving to ensure that commercial interests are protected.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a similar role.
  • Strong financial and commercial skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
