Production Assembly Operative
Compensation:
£44 per hour with additional overtime rates of £17.16 for Saturdays and £21.00 for Sundays; pay rates will increase as skills and training progress.
Contract Duration:
Initial 12-week agency contract leading to permanent employment with the organization.
Work Schedule:
4 shifts of 12 hours from Monday to Thursday, 6 AM to 6 PM.
We are actively seeking Production Assembly Operatives to become part of our dynamic team.
As a Production Assembly Operative, your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing power tools and assembly techniques to create finished products.
- Conducting basic assembly tasks such as drilling and fastening components together.
- Performing quality inspections on completed items.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve production targets.
Previous experience in a manufacturing role is required to ensure a smooth integration into our operations.
