Job Title: Production Supervisor

About the Role:

As a Production Supervisor at TMRG, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production team. This includes planning and implementing schedules, addressing production issues, and ensuring that KPI targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement schedules, reporting deviations to management

• Promptly address production issues, ensuring KPI targets are met

• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring adherence and driving continuous improvement

• Conduct daily team briefings and implement training programs

• Support Team Leaders with associate training and ensure accurate shift handovers

• Manage operational budgets and overtime

Requirements:

• A hands-on, enthusiastic approach to managing people

• Must have worked with manufacturing

• Ideal experience in small batch work precision engineering or fabrication

• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations

• Knowledge of compliance and Health & Safety legislation
