Key Responsibilities
  • Contact customers to address potential Safer Gambling, Affordability, or Financial Crime concerns in a sensitive and professional manner.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting the use of Safer Gambling tools and gathering Source of Funds evidence.
  • Utilize analytical skills to evaluate customer responses and apply appropriate controls to mitigate risks in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all necessary actions are taken, including loss limits, deposit limits, account closure, and maintain a documented audit trail of decision making.
  • Handle sensitive customer information in accordance with data privacy requirements.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate sensitively and calmly with customers who may be distressed or angry.
  • Experience in handling sensitive, confidential customer information.
  • Thorough understanding of Safer Gambling and AML policy requirements.
  • Sound knowledge of Safer Gambling customer tools.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
