We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Adecco. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Telecommunication Cable and related accessories, Speciality cable, and Industrial cables and related materials.
Qualifications- Good experience of dealing with optical cable products and its clients
