We are an established and growing independent insurance broker, seeking a Commercial Lines Account Handler to maintain and enhance the management of our commercial client relationships. This role is not a pressurized sales environment. Key responsibilities include dealing with policy renewals, midterm adjustments, and ongoing policy administration. You will also provide client service advice, including risk management advice, market intelligence, and broking/marketing findings. Additionally, you will be responsible for marketing/broking and administration of new business enquiries, as well as administration of Commercial Lines claims. To be successful, you will have experience working within insurance, preferably commercial business insurance, and an understanding of the FCA guidelines. You will be confident in your approach to communicate across all mediums and have a meticulous attention to detail. We offer a competitive salary, 25 days holiday, pension contribution, and financial assistance with insurance qualifications. The role is based in Milton Keynes, with commutable locations including Northampton, Towcester, Luton, and Bedford.
