We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Egis Road Operation UK Ltd. As a key member of our Asset Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in developing estimates for multi-disciplined highways projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presentation and Negotiation: Present, negotiate, and justify prices for projects, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.
- Risk and Opportunity Identification: Identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate or capitalize on them.
- Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with project teams, supply chain partners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Costing and Analysis: Prepare accurate costing sheets, analyze subcontractors' bids, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Methodology and Standards: Agree on key rates and methods with project teams, and ensure adherence to company standards.
