About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Estimator to join our team at Allen & York. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of commercial solar and EV projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for commercial solar and EV projects
  • Conduct site surveys and gather data to inform project estimates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Provide exceptional project management skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Comprehensive experience of cost estimation and site surveying, preferably in the solar and EV industry
  • Strong technical skills, particularly in the use of estimation software, CAD, and surveying equipment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
