About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our Engineering department and drive the effective creation and delivery of packages to support our customer purchases.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the Engineering department and workload
  • Support in designing functional processes around the creation, review, and update of engineering documentation and master data maintenance
  • Build effective processes to design, create, and maintain Installation BOMs
  • Management and development of Installation works instructions and installation manuals
  • Development of continuous improvement processes for engineering, installation, and service processes
  • Lead personal development of the team, including coaching, training, and performance management
  • Monitoring and ensuring business compliance with UK regulations and standards within the industries we operate
  • Product training with Sales Teams and applicational advice to Dealers/Approved installers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Engineering principles and technical knowledge
  • Experience with Lorry loader/Crane/HGV would be nice to have
  • Experience with managing a team and ability to develop individuals
  • I.T. skills, including MS Office, Salesforce, Google Platform, and the SAP ERP System
  • Communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Driving licence - occasional national travel
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
