Overview:
Your World Recruitment Ltd is in search of a dedicated and skilled Junior Financial Accountant to become a vital part of our finance team.

As a Junior Financial Accountant, you will be instrumental in overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the fiscal integrity of the organization.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining precise financial records, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and contributing to the overall financial stability of the company.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
  • Manage and uphold the financial ledger, guaranteeing accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Conduct regular account reconciliations, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, providing insightful financial analysis.
  • Oversee the processing of financial transactions, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Utilize financial reporting systems for analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with various departments to offer financial support and guidance.

Qualifications:
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as a Financial Accountant, ideally within the public sector.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting systems.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other financial software.
