Job Title: Telecommunication Specialist

Omega Resource Group is seeking an experienced Telecommunication Specialist to join our team. As a Telecommunication Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of new products and services across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and translate technical content into customer-led output, including bids, white papers, brochures, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Product and Marketing to define the go-to-market strategy and understand the technical product positioning.
  • Drive new product or service launches across the company, including engineering, marketing, logistics, and support.
  • Provide technical product expertise in launching new products and services internally and throughout the company.
  • Requirements capture for internal and external software development projects.
  • Project Management of in-house projects.
  • Conduct internal training courses for sales, support, and other relevant back-office functions.
  • Technical Service Bulletin distribution in corporation with local management and sales directors.
  • Product competitor analysis and comparison.
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of IP networking.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Flexible, customer-focused, and self-motivated with a team player attitude.
  • Intermediate level or above with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with modern digital satellite communications and IT systems.
  • Knowledge of VSAT networks and infrastructure.
  • Exposure to operating systems (Linux, Windows).
