Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our kitchen team. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing meals, vegetables, desserts, and salads following dietary requirements for gluten-free, vegan, and other dietary needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare meals, vegetables, desserts, and salads following dietary requirements
  • Clean food preparation areas as determined by law and health and safety
  • Participate in training and development
  • Is accountable to the manager and will communicate with management to improve the working environment of the kitchen team
  • General kitchen duties

Requirements:

  • Kitchen Equipment Knowledge of International Cuisines
  • Creative
  • Use fresh produce as all menu items are prepared from scratch
  • Knowledge of dietary requirements for gluten-free, vegan, and other dietary needs
