Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking worldwide travel arrangements for corporate clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of bookings.
  • Handling client inquiries and providing expert advice on flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, and making recommendations to meet their requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with client travel policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Current experience in business travel, with a strong understanding of travel industry practices and procedures.
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of Sabre or other GDS systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Exceptional knowledge of fares, routes, and travel options, with the ability to make informed recommendations to clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience).
  • Fully remote working arrangement, with the flexibility to work from home.
