As the Client Services Policy Manager, you will report to the Director of Client Services and play a vital role in enhancing the effectiveness of our Client Services. Being the largest provider of supported housing in Surrey, we recognize our duty to develop and deliver outstanding services that empower our clients to lead independent and fulfilling lives. As a member of our Client Services Leadership Team, you will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and assisting staff in delivering contemporary, evidence-based services while ensuring our core values of excellence, empowerment, responsibility, and respect guide our policies and practices.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in supported housing or related sectors, who is passionate about making a positive impact. It offers a diverse range of responsibilities and opportunities for professional growth within Transform.

This position will be hybrid, primarily based at our Head Office with some flexibility for remote work. Occasional visits to our services and other offices may be required.

We are ideally looking for:

- Experience in supported housing or a related sector, with current knowledge of evidence-based practices for individuals facing homelessness or other forms of exclusion.
- Proficiency in data analysis, with experience in using data to evaluate services, support learning, and inform decisions for practice improvements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a background in policy development and implementation.
- Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft applications.
- Understanding of working within commissioned services and regulated sectors.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and lead initiatives without direct management responsibilities.
