Role Purpose

As a Fuel Allocation Specialist, you will play a vital role in coordinating the refueling process for aircraft. Your responsibilities will encompass managing fuel requirements, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and efficient operations to meet stringent service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule aircraft refueling activities, ensuring adherence to flight schedules and minimizing disruptions.
  • Collaborate with customers, airlines, and handling agents to determine fuel requirements and provide accurate information.
  • Monitor flight progress, gather relevant data, and issue timely updates on flight status.
  • Utilize company systems to track schedule changes and communicate updates to refueling personnel.
  • In the event of operational disruptions or staff shortages, effectively re-allocate resources and communicate with customers.
  • Work closely with the Operations Supervisor to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and promptly report any accidents or near misses.
