Role Overview

Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled Building Services Engineer to join their team at one of their Fitness and Wellbeing Centres. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a preventative maintenance program, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete PPMs and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
  • Improve the fabric of the building and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Complete compliance checks and ensure all maintenance problems are dealt with efficiently
  • Assist in the completion of all monthly PPM jobs and manage reactive calls
  • Understand COSHH regulations and guidelines and assist with the ownership and management of Health and Safety Management System folders

Requirements

  • Previous experience working within a maintenance facility role
  • 3 Day ISRM Pool Plant room qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Team player, committed to providing a service ethos
