We are seeking a highly skilled Building Services Engineer to join our team at Nuffield Health Sheffield FWC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including the building shell and surrounding grounds.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and complete all monthly PPM jobs, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Complete all Building Services daily/weekly checklists, maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues.
- Respond to reactive calls in a timely and professional manner, prioritizing tasks to minimize downtime.
- Understand and comply with COSHH regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff and visitors.
- Assist with the ownership and management of Health and Safety Management System folders, ensuring up-to-date documentation and compliance.
- Carry out regular pool/spa testing and maintenance, ensuring water quality and safety standards are met.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all staff, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Assist the Operations Manager in prioritizing health and safety management, ensuring policies, risk assessments, and safe systems of work are in place.
- Previous experience working in a maintenance facility role, preferably in a healthcare or similar environment.
- 3 Day ISRM Pool Plant room qualification or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work under pressure.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Team player with a commitment to providing a service ethos, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive working environment.
