Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to current clients while expanding the customer base.
  • Source manufacturing supplies for production and manage sales orders.
  • Collaborate closely with the Section Manager and production team.
Main Duties:
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets to streamline departmental processes from order placement to delivery and invoicing.
  • Support the Manager during monthly inventory checks, which requires a presence on the production floor, and accurately record findings in spreadsheets.
  • Participate in the launch of online trading by maintaining a comprehensive database of materials and pricing.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the website, including efficient order processing and record-keeping.
  • Adopt a proactive strategy to attract new clientele.
  • Effectively manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to enhance productivity and fulfill project needs.
  • Oversee material deliveries and inventory levels to ensure availability while minimizing excess.
  • Assist in logistics management for production and dispatch forecasts.
  • Maintain thorough manual administration records.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with external stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities to foster collaboration with management and production staff.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
