Compensation:

Daily pay ranges from £155 to £230, based on your experience and qualifications, offering a fulfilling opportunity to make a significant difference in students' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a comprehensive music curriculum, covering various skills such as instrument proficiency, composition, and performance.
  • Encourage students to explore their musical abilities and foster creativity through practical learning experiences and performances.
  • Provide constructive feedback to aid students in their skill development and enhance their appreciation for music.
  • Contribute to curriculum development by creating, reviewing, and updating lesson plans and teaching strategies.
  • Utilize assessment data to inform lesson planning and ensure a challenging and purposeful learning environment.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability in all teaching duties.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning atmosphere.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience teaching up to Key Stage 3/4.
  • Possession of QTS/PGCE or equivalent qualifications.
  • A genuine passion for teaching and a flexible, committed approach.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
  • Innovative thinking to enhance the learning experience.
