We are currently looking to add a talented Renewable Energy Surveyor to the team.

The Opportunity:

  • Conduct Site Surveys: Utilize laser devices, drones, and photogrammetry to survey and create 3D models of potential solar PV installation sites.
  • Report and Document: Write detailed reports using web platforms, ensuring accurate and well-maintained documentation.
  • Quality and Safety: Perform quality inspections, safety audits, and issue NICEIC certificates.
  • Coordinate with Design Team: Ensure survey data is effectively communicated for high-quality designs.
  • Stand-in for UK Lead PM: Assume their responsibilities when needed.

Your role involves overseeing surveys, managing project execution, and ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective survey strategies to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless communication and high-quality designs.
  • Conduct quality inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Assume responsibilities as stand-in for the UK Lead PM when needed.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about renewable energy and committed to sustainability.
  • Qualified electrician with experience in designing industrial LV systems, including metering and grid connections.
  • Skilled in solar PV installation and experienced in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS SharePoint and the full MS Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Experienced in CRM systems and able to manage large engineering design documents.
