We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Enhanced Care Team at Croydon University Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients requiring enhanced support and observations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver individualized, tailored care to patients, contributing to their safety and delivery of the fundamentals of care.
- Engage and support patients with therapeutic interventions to improve their care and recovery in the hospital.
- Participate in training and development opportunities, including Enhanced Care, Dementia, Learning Disabilities, Delirium, Conflict Resolution, Mental Health, and Substance Misuse.
- Work collaboratively with the Enhanced Care Team Leader and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Registered with the NMC in the UK or about to register.
- Experience of working with mental health, learning disabilities, and dementia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to a changing environment.
