Job Title: Pre-Press Mac Operator/Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Press Mac Operator to join our team at The Selection Partnership Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating and amending large format artwork, ensuring all work meets branding guidelines and client briefs, and liaising with clients to deliver high-quality printed materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce large format artwork for various clients
  • Ensure all work is accurate, on-brand, and meets client expectations
  • Liaise with clients to discuss new briefs and work in progress
  • Assist with the management of social media and other marketing initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to deliver high-quality printed materials
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends during busy periods
  • UK-based and able to commute to Birmingham
