About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Property department at STARK Building Materials UK. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the construction and refurbishment of our new branches, refurbishment projects, special projects, and format updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the construction and refurbishment of new branches, refurbishment projects, special projects, and format updates
  • Work closely with internal departments, external consultants, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Take ownership of projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery, ranging in value from £100,000 to £5 million+
  • Establish and arrange external resources required to deliver the project, ensuring compliance with Statutory regulations
  • Build strong relationships with branch operations teams to achieve project targets
  • Ensure works are carried out to a high standard and projects are closed out to meet Statutory compliance requirements
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on Development/Refurb projects
  • Ability to work alone on their own initiative, self-managing and prioritizing their own workload
  • Possess a full driving license
