Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Keltbray Infrastructure Services. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of multiple projects within our Scottish Power Distribution Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities from commencement through to final completion.
- Act as the principal contactor for the client, ensuring all projects are set up and managed within the parameters of CDM Regulations 2015.
- Manage staffing and material orders for projects, ensuring relevant training courses have been completed and are within re-test dates.
- Manage project programs of works and ensure they are run within budgets.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and upper management on all aspects of the project.
- Manage contract scope changes and variations.
- Prepare project tendering information, including project pricing documentation.
- Collate project KPI information.
Requirements:
- IOSH Managing Safely certification.
- SSSTS certification.
- Experience of working with FIDIC Contracts.
- Experience of working/managing projects within Distribution level substations (up to 66kV).
- Knowledge of Client rules and regulations.
- Client Authorisations (SPEN Competent Person and APSA authorisations).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Ability to manage project financial records.
- Ability to manage several projects of varying values at one time.
- IT literate, specifically in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Full driving license.
