We are seeking a talented Corporate Solicitor to join our award-winning team in Newcastle City Centre. As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be part of a dynamic team advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising on corporate matters such as Mergers and acquisitions, Private equity, Sales and purchases, Reorganisation initiatives etc
  • General corporate matters including drafting Shareholders Agreements and associated articles of association
  • Providing legal advice on corporate governance and compliance
  • Assisting with due diligence processes
Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in corporate law
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
