JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor
LOCATION: Newcastle
SALARY: c£65,000

What you will be doing:

 

  • Effectively managing a varied caseload of corporate finance and company law work for a broad range of clients
  • Handling caseloads for clients such as owner-managed businesses, public companies, private equity/venture capital funds and banks
  • Assisting the firm’s wider business development initiatives by building and developing your own client base
  • Accuracy and diligence when drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of finance and corporate governance documents

  • A confident lawyer who can supervise and assist with the development of junior team members
