Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 support to an individual with Frontal Lobe Damage and Learning Disabilities, promoting independence and well-being.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication management, and household chores.
- Support the individual in accessing community resources and engaging in activities that promote social interaction and stimulation.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Contribute to a safe and respectful environment, adhering to Gray Healthcare's policies and procedures.
- Full UK Driving License (essential)
- Social care experience, preferably in mental health, with a focus on supporting individuals with complex needs.
- Experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors and implementing risk assessments.
- Current Right to Work in the UK and at least 6 months of employment in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
