Meraki Talent Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join their growing team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients across Scotland, working with a diverse range of technologies and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to desktops, servers, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments.
- Ensure the security and optimal performance of critical infrastructure and services, performing routine maintenance and updates as needed.
- Assist the support desk by resolving and prioritizing support tickets, providing timely and effective solutions for clients.
