Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, 07:00 to 17:00, 1-hour unpaid lunch

We are seeking a skilled Compactor Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our compaction equipment, maintaining a safe working environment, and contributing to our company's mission of reducing waste and promoting sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair compaction equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and report any hazards or incidents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve operational goals and objectives
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of compaction equipment and maintenance procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
