Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, 07:00 to 17:00, 1-hour unpaid lunch

We are seeking a skilled Compactor Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our compaction equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair compaction equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure seamless equipment operation
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in industrial equipment maintenance and repair
  • Strong understanding of compaction equipment and waste management principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
