Early Careers Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Careers Lead to join our People Team at Bishop Fleming. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our early careers strategy and driving the recruitment of top talent across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate, apprentice, and placement trainees, including reviewing CVs, test results, and shortlisting candidates for assessment centers.
- Organize and facilitate assessment centers, including running feedback sessions and wash-ups.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract and engage with our target audience, including schools, universities, and industry partners.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure we have the right attraction and selection methods in place to recruit the best possible talent in the market.
- Provide regular updates and reporting on the progress of trainee resourcing to hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Manager, and other key stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of Workday and ensure we are optimizing this leading technology to keep pace with market changes.
- Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to implement innovative ways to engage with our target audiences.
Requirements
- Experience in early careers/future talent/volume recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to offer an excellent client service to hiring managers and candidates.
- Good IT skills, with experience working with MS Word and Excel, and a strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- A 'can-do' attitude, with the ability to deal with a high volume of candidate applications and requests.
- Excellent organizational skills, with good attention to detail.
- Driven to achieve and curious about process improvement.
