Nursing Associate Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursing Associate to join our team at Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
Main Responsibilities- Participate in the delivery of OPD patient pathways
- Provide quality planned care for patients across all OPD areas
- Support and assist in the management and organisation of care provision within the OPD departments
- Supervise junior staff and teach qualified and unqualified staff, including pre and post-registration students

Person Specification- Foundation Level Degree: Nursing Associate Qualification
- NMC Registered Nursing Associate
- Foundation Degree
