About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic female sports coach to cover P.E. lessons with all lesson planning prepared. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students at KS3 and KS4 levels and a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging P.E. lessons for KS3 and KS4 students
  • Supervise extracurricular sports activities and teams
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students during physical activities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote cross-curricular learning
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Degree in Physical Education or related field
  • Experience as sports coach working with students at KS3 and KS4 levels
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Why We Are Seeking a Female Sports Coach

This position is for a female Sports Coach to comply with the Equality Act 2010, which allows for Genuine Occupational Requirements (GOR) in specific circumstances. The role involves teaching and supervising girls-only P.E. classes, providing pastoral care and support to female students, and supervising changing rooms and other facilities where girls may be in a state of undress.
